Joe combines his extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge with an in-depth understanding of international business to lead US Wine Exports Company. Joe has been involved in the international high-speed machine vision, food and consumer packaging industry for more than 16 years and has over 30 years of experience in international business. Most recently Joe held the position of vice president of business development for Applied Vision Corporation for over 12 years. He also served as national sales manager for Lumen-X Company for machine vision and x-ray systems. Prior to joining the sales organization at Lumen-X, Joe was employed at Ball Corporation as a sales engineer for the Industrial Systems Division.
Joe started US Wine Exports to provide the international market with the very best of American produced wines. After many years of international travel, Joe realized that the majority of the world had not experienced the quality and deep-rooted history of American wines. 
Joe holds technical degrees in Robotics/Integrated Manufacturing, B.A. in business administration and an MBA in International Business. Joe has traveled worldwide over his career focusing on business development in over 40 countries.

Gino brings applied advanced mathematical and statistical methods managing pricing strategies for optimal sales performance. Gino also develops market segmentation strategies for US Wine Exports to deliver products at optimal price points. He researches global buying patterns to determine which international markets are open for new and increased sales opportunities.  
Gino is responsible for researching global buying patterns to determine which international market segments are open for further wine sales. Gino holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Kent State University.

Mayra Justo Reyes leads US Wine Exports’ activities throughout Latin America. Mayra is a Mexican citizen from Rosarito, Baja California. She grew up very near to the famous wine growing region known as the Valley of Guadalupe and is very eager to spread her love of wine into new countries. She served as a diplomat at the Mexican Consulate in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA for 5 years and uses her vast knowledge of Latin American consumer and business culture to help create increased interest in American wines throughout Mexico, Central, and South America.

 

Mayra is very passionate about her Mexican heritage and is also working to bring Mexican wines into the US Wine Exports portfolio. Mayra’s efforts will allow US Wine Exports to grow into new international markets, as well as bringing the Company closer to its goal of being a global wine supplier.

 

Mayra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Universidad Autonoma de Baja Californiais and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Yafei moved to United States from China in 2011, after graduated from engineering school. Yafei has worked for Air Enterprises, an Akron, Ohio based company that specializes in large building air handling and HVAC as a mechanical design engineer. Prior to Air Enterprises, Yafei held the position as a product development engineer for Nortek Air Solutions of Minnesota.
Yafei specializes in marketing and sales of US Wine Exports Company’s wine and spirit products in the Chinese market. She is also actively involved in local Chinese community, and enjoys helping Chinese students and visitors to adapt to life in America. Yafei recently became a mother, and lives happily with her husband Tim and her son Aidan in Northeast Ohio.
Sophia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Urban Planning from Hebei Institute of Architecture & Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Engineering Technology Management from Kent State University. Sophia is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Paul Dolan was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Cleveland Indians prior to the 2011 season. Previously he was President since 2004,  and Vice President, General Counsel with the Indians upon joining the organization in 2000.
Dolan was born and raised in nearby Chardon, Ohio where he attended high school at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills. He graduated with a B.A. degree  from St. Lawrence University in 1980 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame’s Law School in 1983. Previously to joining the Indians, Paul was a partner at Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan, a Chardon, Ohio based law firm.
Paul is involved with many philanthropic and civic boards throughout the Northeast Ohio community and supports many causes, as well as a variety of business interests.

Craig is a successful and experienced serial entrepreneur. He launched his first business at the age of 24, grew it into a successful corporation and sold it to investors in 2006. In January 2007, he launched his second company, and sold to a Private Equity Firm in West Palm Beach, FL. In 2010.
Craig also serves as a Faculty Member at Kent State University in the College of Business. In addition, Craig has appeared in the following television and online media outlets, and recognized by: Cisco Entrepreneur Institute, The Kauffman Foundation, Inc.com, Fast Company, Fox News, Cnet, HI Velocity Media, inside Business, Reuters, Ohio Means Business, Forbes.com, and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Nominee.

Jennifer is a Senior Associate with Hintze Law. She advises technology clients on global privacy, security, and related data technology and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Hintze Law, Jennifer spent 5 years as Legal Counsel, Privacy and Security, for Adobe Systems Incorporated providing guidance on global data protection compliance and strategy. While at Adobe, Jennifer counseled clients on vendor risk management, global data processing and transfer requirements, data breach response and notification, direct marketing (email, SMS, and telemarketing) laws, HIPAA compliance, automated processing and profiling issues, and global employee privacy issues  Prior to joining Adobe’s privacy team, Jennifer supported and advised Adobe’s products and services teams on data compliance and strategy during product development and in connection with marketing and technology licenses.
